Policy on Dispute Resolution
1. The Game Operations Team will not intervene in disputes between players when no party violates the terms and conditions of service provided by SohaGame.
2. In cases where disputes arise due to players violating other provisions of this operating policy, they will be handled according to the terms stipulated in the operating policy.
3. Regarding all purchase, sale, and exchange transactions, the Game Operations Team will not intervene in or process any personal transactions within or outside the game. SohaGame will not be responsible for any loss of items, gold, or in-game assets due to player negligence during transactions. Therefore, players should proactively pay attention and be careful when participating in transactions to avoid unfortunate incidents.
4. Out-of-game transactions are actions involving the exchange of in-game items or accounts for physical goods or cash. SohaGame does not guarantee the safety or reliability of these out-of-game transactions. In the event of disputes or complaints arising from the exchange or sale of virtual assets outside the game (using physical goods or cash) from the player's side, SohaGame will also not be held responsible.
