8. I can log in to my account but can't log in to the game.

Log in and create an error report on https:// and clearly state your support request in the “Login Error” section. Provide character information, the server you're playing on, and an image of the error message for the game management team to check. Follow the game management team's response.

9. I want to change my registration email. What should I do?

To change your SohaID email, your account needs a protected phone number. Please follow the instructions in the “Account Protection” section at: https://sohagame.vn/huong-dan-game. If your account hasn't updated its protected phone number:

Your SohaGame account may be locked due to verification, violation of game policies, or payment policies. To check the details, please:

12. I'm not receiving the OTP code sent to my protected phone number when changing my account.

The failure to receive the OTP code may be due to network errors causing delays, or the phone number may have been changed. You can click “Update” 3 times to receive a voice OTP. If you still don't receive the OTP, please create an error report on http:// or email hotro@sohagame.vn or connect directly with the CSKH department.

13. How do I change my SohaGame account password?

• Log in to your SohaGame account at: https://sohagame.vn/
• Right-click on your username, then select “Account Protection” or log in directly to: https://taikhoan.sohagame.vn/Account/AccountProtection

14. If I change my SohaGame account password, will my login password for the SohaGame app also change?

Yes. You will log in to the SohaGame app with the changed SohaGame account password.

15. I want to change my ID card, SohaID registration email, and protected phone number for my SohaGame account because my old ID card, Gmail, and phone number are no longer in use.

16. Why does the system report an incorrect OTP when I enter it?

The OTP code is valid for 3 minutes. If this time has passed, the OTP code will no longer be valid. Please try again.

17. I changed my phone number/email but entered it incorrectly, resulting in not receiving the OTP/verification email. What should I do?

The email verification link is valid for 3 days. Please wait 3 days to try again. If you entered the phone number incorrectly, please create an error report on https://.

18. My account has been locked, and I need to file a complaint.

Account Lock Reasons

Account locking is initiated based on one of the following requests. If your account has been locked, please contact customer support.

Account and Transaction Dispute Policy

Complaints related to account issues such as account disputes or disputed transactions (card fraud, chargebacks) will result in SohaGame having the right to lock the account until the dispute is resolved.

For in-game transaction disputes (via scratch cards/bank cards), SohaGame will only process claims for transactions that occurred within the same month and the claim must be submitted before the last day of that month. SohaGame will not process claims for transactions submitted outside of this timeframe.

• SohaGame does not support issues related to account buying and selling.
• Players are responsible for the security of their account information, including passwords, OTPs, ID cards, phone numbers, registered email addresses, and other account verification information.
• SohaGame is not liable for any damages incurred during the account lock period while disputes are being processed.

Regulations on Handling Violations

The implementation of the Game Operation Policy aims to bring a cleaner and healthier environment. To ensure fairness in the game, the Game Management (GM) team will base penalties on the level of violation and will punish according to the rules below:

Item and Account Recovery Policy

1. Players may request the recovery of characters and items lost due to system errors.

2. Recovery requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of the incident. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. Requested items must be associated with the account of the requesting player. Requests for other players' accounts will not be accepted.

4. The following information is required for efficient processing:

• Account information (excluding password).
• Timestamps related to the incident.
• Details of lost important items.
• Any altered stats.
• Any other relevant suspicions.

Requests lacking accurate or complete information will not be processed.

5. Recovery requests resulting from the use of accounts for real-money or item trading are not eligible for processing. Soha Game will provide user information to state authorities if requested during official investigations.

6. Requests to recover items lost due to violations of management policies or user error will not be accepted.

7. Item recovery will not be granted in the following cases:

• Item loss due to account hacking.
• Unclear or inaccurate recovery requests.
• Voluntary item discarding (dropping).
• Item sales to NPCs during gameplay.
• Item loss due to shared accounts.
• Losses resulting from user actions.
• Item loss during scheduled server maintenance.
• Losses due to user-side issues (internet connection problems, client errors, etc.).

8. Processing Time for Player Requests:

- Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident. Soha Game will not address complaints received after this period, and the customer assumes all risks.

- Requests and complaints will be processed in the order they are received. The Soha Game operations team commits to resolving requests within 72 hours of receipt. In special cases, the operations team will contact the customer directly regarding the resolution process.

Policy on Handling Unsportsmanlike Conduct

1. Unsportsmanlike conduct is defined as any action that directly or indirectly harms other players or violates the terms outlined in this document, compromising fairness and equality among users. Abusive or offensive behavior towards other players will be subject to penalties varying in severity depending on the nature and seriousness of the offense.

2. Penalties will be applied precisely and based on the “User Service Violation Handling Principles” document.

3. Time-based penalties will be automatically lifted upon the expiration of the specified duration.

4. Repeated violations of the same behavior will result in cumulative penalties, with increased severity.

5. Penalties may be adjusted based on extenuating circumstances, with any such decisions accompanied by a notification from the game administration team.

6. If a report regarding another player's misconduct is supported by objective evidence, the Game Administration Team will investigate and apply penalties consistent with the established management policies.

7. While penalty categories are clearly defined, the specific penalty applied may vary based on the severity of the offense. This flexibility aims to enhance fairness in management and create an equitable gaming environment.

8. Unsportsmanlike conduct will be addressed and decisions made based on relevant rules pertaining to operational policies or terms of service.

Policy on Dispute Resolution

1. The Game Operations Team will not intervene in disputes between players when no party violates the terms and conditions of service provided by SohaGame.

2. In cases where disputes arise due to players violating other provisions of this operating policy, they will be handled according to the terms stipulated in the operating policy.

3. Regarding all purchase, sale, and exchange transactions, the Game Operations Team will not intervene in or process any personal transactions within or outside the game. SohaGame will not be responsible for any loss of items, gold, or in-game assets due to player negligence during transactions. Therefore, players should proactively pay attention and be careful when participating in transactions to avoid unfortunate incidents.

4. Out-of-game transactions are actions involving the exchange of in-game items or accounts for physical goods or cash. SohaGame does not guarantee the safety or reliability of these out-of-game transactions. In the event of disputes or complaints arising from the exchange or sale of virtual assets outside the game (using physical goods or cash) from the player's side, SohaGame will also not be held responsible.

1. Account, Character, and Guild Naming Rules:

• Names must not relate to historical figures, government leaders, heroes, or organizations.
• Names must not impersonate SohaGame employees or partners.
• Names must not contradict customs, laws, religion, or cause offense.
• Names must not be offensive, abusive, or defamatory.
• Names must not contain sexual content, discrimination, or references to intimate body parts.
• Names must not oppose the government, society, or promote illegal activities.
• Names must not infringe on trademarks or copyrights.
• Names must not use vulgar, unhealthy, or ambiguous language.
• Names must not include terms like GM, G-M, Grn…, or relate to the game administration.

2. Account and Password Rules:

When registering, you must provide accurate email and ID information. Each email address is limited to one account. This information is crucial for account verification, issue resolution, and prize distribution. Incomplete or inaccurate information will not be considered. Account holders are fully responsible for their in-game actions.

Do not share your password with anyone. If you forget or lose your password, use the password recovery function. Protecting your password is your responsibility.

3. Out-of-Game Trading Rules:

SohaGame discourages buying or selling in-game items for real money or game cards. Any monetary transactions related to accounts or items are prohibited.

We do not guarantee the safety or reliability of out-of-game transactions. Disputes arising from external trades (involving real items or money) will not be handled.

4. Rules Regarding Hacks, Cheats, and Third-Party Software:

All use of hacks, cheats, and third-party software that interferes with the game is strictly prohibited and will be severely penalized.

Game Management Team:

1. Responsibilities of the Game Management Team (Game Master):

• a. Assist customers with issues related to Accounts, Characters, and Assets within the game. Answer inquiries regarding applications on social networks and games provided by SohaGame.
• b. Resolve disputes and complaints between customers.
• c. Represent SohaGame in resolving issues arising between customers and the company.

2. Capabilities and Principles of Intervention for the Game Management Team:

• a. Do not participate in or interfere with the gameplay of ordinary players. Refrain from any actions or words that offend or cause conflict with individuals or groups within the game.
• b. Do not exhibit any bias or oppression towards players in the game or customers using SohaGame's services.
• c. Do not use any form, directly or indirectly, to give, gift, or trade items within social network services or games.
• d. Absolutely prohibit joining Guilds of players who are Customers. Do not exploit the special abilities of a Game Master to engage in combat with players or assist players in combat or completing quests.
• e. Have the authority to handle players who violate the terms of this document.
• f. Strictly prohibit disclosing information about server activities, characters, monsters, events, or future game update information in any form.
• g. Strictly prohibit using GM accounts outside of working hours or for purposes not related to work.
• h. Strictly prohibit disclosing SohaGame's internal information, personnel, or GM accounts.

Customer Care:

• 1. Customer Service (CSKH) staff must be friendly, polite, speak clearly, and create a comfortable support experience.
• 2. Pay attention to listening and calmly record information in all situations to support customers.
• 3. Always prioritize customer care in the work process. Do not exhibit a displeased, frustrated, or angry attitude towards customers.
• 4. In cases where customers exhibit inappropriate behavior, rudeness, or use offensive and uncivil language, we may decide to stop or refuse support depending on the situation.
• 5. Do not provide any account or game character information to individuals who cannot prove ownership of the account.
• 6. Do not provide any other information about the publisher (NPH), new product information, or internal information outside of what is published on the product's homepage.

Purpose of the Operating Policy

1. This operating and management policy is designed to help players resolve issues and problems that may arise during gameplay and while using services provided by SohaGame, including online role-playing games and social media applications.

2. All customers participating in online entertainment game services on SohaGame's website must read, understand, and agree to comply with all terms of this Policy.

3. SohaGame's Game Masters and Customer Service staff are required to strictly adhere to the regulations outlined in this document.

• For exceptional cases and issues outside the scope of these regulations, solutions will be based on mutual agreement and updated within the document.
• In cases of disputes outside the scope of this document, SohaGame reserves the final decision.

4. SohaGame reserves the right to add, remove, delete, or modify the content of this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be published on official game channels (website, Email, etc.). Players may choose not to use the services if they find them unsuitable. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the terms of this Policy.

Account Termination and Asset Removal

Users who engage in the following behaviors will have their accounts deleted:

• Users identified as causing or assisting in system instability.
• Users who discover bugs in SohaGame's social network services or games but do not report them to SohaGame, instead widely publicizing them to disrupt the system or for personal gain.
• Users who exploit known bugs in social network applications or games that SohaGame has publicly disclosed and prohibited from exploitation for any form of profit.

All assets acquired through exploiting system or game bugs will be removed. Accounts of users exploiting game bugs for profit will be permanently blocked.

Unauthorized Program Usage

Users of SohaGame's online services, including social network applications and games, who are detected using unauthorized programs to illegally interfere with the system will be penalized with temporary or permanent account bans, depending on the severity of the violation. In cases of severe interference that damages SohaGame's reputation or assets, users may face legal action.

Resolution Conditions:

• Hacking reports submitted more than 7 days after the incident will not be processed.
• The reporting individual must be the account owner.

Procedure:

• Customers can visit SohaGame headquarters in person with a certified copy of their ID card and the original ID card (for verification) registered to the account to file a report.
• Alternatively, they can send a written request with a certified copy of their ID card and account information to SohaGame's headquarters address.
• Customers can also use the email address registered to the account to report the hacking to the game's support mailbox.

Steps to Enable Two-Factor Authentication

To set up two-factor authentication, your account must have a registered phone number for security.

First, log in to your account at https://taikhoan.sohagame.vn. Select "Account Protection" => "Two-Factor Authentication" => "Activate".

Next, enter the OTP code sent to your registered phone number (via Zalo or SMS) => click "Activate" and wait for the completion notification.

What is Two-Factor Authentication?

Two-factor authentication means you will log in with:

• Step 1: Enter your password and phone number/email address for account login.
• Step 2: Enter the OTP code sent to your protected phone number.

Your account is only protected once by your password. If you don't use a strong password or use common passwords, it's easy for malicious actors to exploit and hack or check your password.

Why set up Two-Factor Authentication?

When you set up two-factor authentication, the system will send an OTP to your phone when a login request is made:

• You will be able to control when someone logs into your account to control and limit risks.
• Secure the OTP code and proactively change your password if there are unauthorized access attempts to your account.

Changing Your Password

To change your SohaGameID login password, you need your old password and an OTP verification code sent to the account's protected phone number. Please log in to your account at https://taikhoan.sohagame.vn and select "Change Password".

After that, enter the verification code (OTP) sent to your protected phone number (via Zalo or SMS) and press "Continue".

Updating Your ID Information

Please log in to your account at https://taikhoan.sohagme.vn, select "Account Protection" => "ID Card/Citizen Identification/Passport" => "Update".

After that, enter the OTP code sent to your protected phone number (SMS or Zalo) => enter your current ID Card/Citizen Identification/Passport number => select "Continue".

In the next step, fill in the required ID/Citizen Identification/Passport information and wait for confirmation. The publisher's confirmation time is approximately 2 working hours.

Updating Your Phone Number
