Policy on Handling Lost Account Cases

When the Account Password is Lost and the Registered Email is Inaccessible:

Please send an email to the support email address/website bug report section requesting a password reset. When sending the email, please attach a copy of your CMND (national ID card) or passport with the number used to register the account, along with the following detailed information about the account and character:

  • SohaGame Account (SohaID - SohaGameID):
  • CMND Number:
  • Character:
  • Class:
  • Level:
  • Server:
  • Problem Encountered:
  • Support Request:
  • Contact Information (Name - Phone Number):

* Transaction information as instructed by Customer Care.

Note: We will respond to cases related to your account within 01 working hour from the time we receive your request. The account will be locked for verification for a specified period, and the duration of the lock will be notified to you by the Customer Care department.
