Notification: VIP Tier Changes and Temporary Suspension of SohaGame App

To optimize support, starting June 1st, 2024, SohaGame will temporarily suspend the SohaGame app and implement some changes to VIP tiers. Details are as follows:
1. For Customers Contacting VIP Customer Care via the SohaGame App:
- You will receive event codes in the "My Giftcode" section on the website https://nap.sohagame.vn.
- Communicate directly with VIP Customer Care on Facebook or Zalo.
- For customers who have never contacted VIP Customer Care, you can chat directly on the game's Fanpage or the SohaGame Fanpage for support.
- Verify your account information with VIP Customer Care to receive information about games and events in the VIP group on Facebook.
2. VIP Tier Details:
- Will be updated on the website https://taikhoan.sohagame.vn when you log in from June 1st, 2024.
- Will be revealed on the SohaGame Fanpage before May 27th, 2024.
