You can follow one of these three methods to find your Order ID. The information you need is the OrderID.
Method 1: Check Your Email
Check directly in the inbox of the email address registered with your Apple ID. The invoice title from Apple will be “Your invoice from Apple.”
Method 2: Check Transaction History on iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
Follow these steps:
- Select Settings > [Your Apple ID Name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Select Apple ID > View Apple ID > Log in to your Apple ID account.
- After accessing the Apple ID section, scroll down and select Transaction History to check the OrderID you need.
Method 3: Check Transaction History on Mac or PC
Follow these steps:
- Open the iTunes software (Use the latest version of iTunes).
- On the Toolbar, select Account > View My Account.
- Log in to the Apple ID account you want to check the transaction for and select View Account.
- In the Account Information section, scroll down and select Transaction History.
- Select the transaction you want to view the OrderID for.
