Account and Transaction Dispute Policy

Complaints related to account issues such as account disputes or disputed transactions (card fraud, chargebacks) will result in SohaGame having the right to lock the account until the dispute is resolved.

For in-game transaction disputes (via scratch cards/bank cards), SohaGame will only process claims for transactions that occurred within the same month and the claim must be submitted before the last day of that month. SohaGame will not process claims for transactions submitted outside of this timeframe.

  • SohaGame does not support issues related to account buying and selling.
  • Players are responsible for the security of their account information, including passwords, OTPs, ID cards, phone numbers, registered email addresses, and other account verification information.
  • SohaGame is not liable for any damages incurred during the account lock period while disputes are being processed.
