First and foremost, we sincerely thank all Agents for their companionship with SohaGame over the years. Due to changes in business policy, SohaGame respectfully announces the cessation of operations for the website https://daily.sohacoin.vn/ as follows:
1. Website Shutdown Schedule
- From August 15, 2023, the function of depositing funds into Agent accounts on the daily.sohacoin.vn website will be disabled. This means Agents will no longer be able to deposit SohaCoin into their Agent accounts.
- From August 31, 2023, the function of depositing SohaCoin into player accounts and the function of issuing SohaCoin cards will be disabled. Agents should use up all SohaCoin in their Agent accounts before this date.
- From September 30, 2023, Agent support channels will be closed. After this date, SohaGame will not support or resolve any requests or complaints from Agents regarding issues related to Agent accounts on the Website.
2. Agent Refund
After August 31, 2023, for Agents with remaining funds in their accounts, SohaGame will reclaim and refund the corresponding amount to the bank account registered in the Agent account. The transferred amount will be calculated as the balance in the Agent account x 0.945, rounded to the nearest 1 VND.
To receive a refund, Agents need to email hotro@sohagame.vn, providing the following information:

Note: SohaGame will only refund Agents who meet the following two conditions:
- The Agent has verified their identity.
- The provided bank account matches the bank account registered in the Agent account, with the account holder name matching the Agent name.
